Heaven Help Me

Well, I must have needed cheering up yesterday. I really was very upset.

I went home and ate Jalepeno Artichoke dip for dinner, and then went to Mallard's for a couple of milkshakes, which I brought over to Andy's. We lay in bed and watched movies and tried not to talk about the Sonics.

And we watched See No Evil, Hear No Evil with Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor.

And I laughed my ass off! I was actually rolling. Maybe it was really funny, maybe I just really needed the laugh. Anyone seen that movie, who can give me a second opinion?

How Could They!!?

The frickin' Seattle Sub-Par Sonics just traded away 2 of my three favorite players, Gary Payton and Desmond Mason.

I've already fired off a nasty email to the ownership.

How can they trade away the best players on the team, not to mention the people the fans think of when they think of the Sonics? The players that they come out to ROOT for!? I know it sounds stupid, but we fans CARE about those dumb players, we think of them as our FRIENDS. I'm really pissed and upset!

Now I have to move to Milwaukee.

Oh Crud
Oh crud,
I have The Crud,
And it's no fudd.
I hate The Crud.

I knew I'd get sick after my fun fun fun time with no sleep in Vegas!

That poem reminds me of a poem I wrote on my calculus test in high school - I think I'd been sick that week, so I had no idea of any of the information on the test (and shouldn't have been expected to!)

And it goes a little something like this....

"My Brain"
My brain
Is in pain
From this calculus test.
Be humane
Please refrain
From giving me an "F".

It didn't work, I still got an "F". I hated that class. If Lint hadn't have sat behind me it would have been a total washout.

I miss having Lint sit behind me, passing notes....in calculus, in Driver's Ed, in English, in any of my classes. I don't miss high school, I just miss having Lint sit behind me.
